Looking for engaging enrichment for your child when school isn't in session? We’ve been in the lab designing some exciting new hands-on opportunities to challenge the most curious brains.
There are scholarship opportunities to help families register for camps. Please visit the Youth Scholarship Program page for more information.
We have an early drop-off option from 7:30 am - 8:30 am for all camps that are EUREKA!-based.
EUREKA! will be requiring immunization records for all student campers. If the school your student attends is within Colorado, you will not need to upload these records, as we have access to them through a database.
If your student does not attend school yet, or is homeschooled, you must upload immunization records to the account. Registration will not process without uploaded records to each student's account. Please follow these steps to upload the documents.
EUREKA! will accept medical exemptions for immunizations (MMR, Tetanus, Polio, Hep A/B) upon submission of the medical exemption form reviewed and signed by a physician (MD or DO). All non-medical exemptions will not be accepted.
Credits for cancelled camps will no longer be issued, regardless of cancellation date. Prior to camp, we work hard to ensure all materials are prepared and ordered for all camp participants. Therefore, refunds can only be issued up to two weeks before the start date of the camp. Cancellations made prior to the two week window will receive a full refund, minus the standard processing fees (5% of the total transaction). We can not partially refund a camp due to illness.
If you would like to switch camps, our administrative staff will remove participants from the roster, and you will receive your refunds (minus the standard processing fee). Parents then must manually register for their child into the new requested camp on their personal Dashboard account, instead of an internal transfer. This allows for staff to keep better attendance records for our child care license, as well as for safety and logistical purposes.
For Environmental Institute Overnight Programs, refunds can only be issued up to four weeks before the date of the camp, and will incur the same 5% standard processing fee.
To cancel registration, email info@eurekasciencemuseum.org with the full name of the child, camp name, and dates for the program you wish to cancel.
