Pre-K Programs

LIL LEARNERS & MINI MAKERS (PreK – Ages 3-5)

$95 per session for Members

$115 per session for Non Members

Let your 3-5 year old child observe, explore, build, and discover through hands-on activities in this fun, STEAM – based program! These “scientists in training” will spend their Friday mornings with EUREKA! staff for an unforgettable science time! Parents are welcome to stay, although parent attendance is not required.

Classes will be held at EUREKA!, the Community Room at the New Life building, and outdoors when the weather cooperates. Drop off and pick up will occur at the EUREKA! each day. All campers must be fully potty trained to attend Pre-K programs.

Please send your child with a water bottle and a snack each day.

Session 1: January 18-February 22

Brrr…Animals in Winter

Hibernation, Migration, and Adaptation. Winter brings shorter days, colder temperatures, and snow. People turn on their heat, wear warmer Hibernation, Migration, and Adaptation. Winter brings shorter days, them from their gardens. What do animals do to survive the winter? Join the Lil Learners program to find out!

Session 2: March 1-April 12 (no class March 22)

Me & My Amazing Body

Where does food go after you eat it? What do your muscles do? How many teeth do you have in your lifetime? Lil Learners will be introduced to human anatomy as they learn about their bodies from head to toe and everything in between!

Session 3: April 19-May 24

Things That Go

Wheels, wings, tracks, and more! This exciting camp will teach Lil Learners about things associated with transportation. From rockets to trains to vehicles our minds will be much more traveled after this camp.


Science Sprouts

Ages: 2-5 years & their adult caregiver

Times: 10am-11am

Location: EUREKA! McConnell Science Museum

Member Fees: $30 per session

Non Member Fees: $40 per session

Daily Drop In Fee: $6 members / $8 non members

Children are natural scientists. They learn about the world through play and repeated experiments. Join us as we learn and play together and investigate STEAM concepts. We will encourage curiosity and creative problem solving in both kids and caregivers! These are stay and play events designed for children and their caregivers. Younger siblings welcome.
