Includes use of one classroom. Guests will need to pay the admission fee if they would like to spend time in the exhibit hall. Must be booked 2 weeks in advance.

Full Museum Rental
Includes use of both classrooms and the exhibit hall. Great for groups up to 150 people. Holiday parties, annual meetings and more.
Must be booked 4 weeks in advance.

Facility Rental Policies and Guidelines
All facility rentals must be booked two-four weeks in advance. A refundable $100 deposit is required for all facility reservations. Renter will be allowed into the room 30 minutes prior to reservation time. Rental area must be cleaned and vacated within 30 minutes of rental conclusion time. Failure to do so will result in partial or full loss of deposit and/or additional fees.
The renter agrees to reimburse EUREKA! for the cost of damage and/or replacement of EUREKA! property and facilities for which the renter is responsible. Renter is also responsible for the extended costs which may include: exceeding the rental time period and excessive cleanup required by EUREKA!.
Full refunds will be given for cancellations two weeks prior to the event. Partial (50%) refunds will be given for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event.
Seating Capacity: Classrooms can seat 30 each at tables. The exhibit hall can seat 100 if exhibits are moved. Please schedule classroom rentals 2 week in advance and full facility rental 4 weeks in advance. Payment for full facility rental required at least 4 weeks in advance. There are no constraints on catering companies. Alcohol policy is evaluated on a case by case basis, professional bartenders and/or security may be required.
