Ever wonder how our community works together to tackle hunger? Join EUREKA! for a behind-the-scenes look at the local organizations feeding the Grand Valley. From volunteer-run pantries to massive distribution centers, see the "heart" of Grand Junction in action!

Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes Fruita art immersion! We’ll start at Orbit ArtSpace in Fruita for a private tour with owner Garrett Day and a guided walkthrough of Michael Bachman’s latest exhibit. Then, we’ll step into the workshop of renowned metal sculptor Jeff Bates to see how he transforms recycled steel into the iconic public art seen throughout the Grand Valley.

Join EUREKA! for an immersive, four-hour educational journey across the stunning Uncompahgre Plateau.
Early April is a treasure trove for those who know where to look. Whether you're a budding herbalist or a curious foodie, this class will teach you the art of identifying and sustainably harvesting nature’s first spring offerings.
We will be walking 1-2 miles with occasional incline.
2026 Overnight Trip Info
Overnight Trip Lottery for 2026
New for 2026! For all overnight trips, EUREKA! is utilizing a lottery system. This allows for equity in the registration process.
Use this form to enter into a lottery for any of the six EUREKA! Explorations Overnight trips for 2026. The lottery is open from January 12-21, 2026
Lottery preference is not determined by the time that you fill out this form as long as it is submitted by midnight on January 21.
- Participants will be notified of lottery results by January 26th.
- Participants only need to fill out this form one time.
- Spouses who enter the lottery will be guaranteed accommodations for two people, one bed. Only one spouse needs to submit lottery entry, but please list both names on the first question.

For trips requiring airfare, we’ll provide a recommended flight itinerary and a ticket purchasing event at EUREKA! Participants on international trips are required to have travel insurance.
Please note that meal costs are not included unless specified.
Refunds for Explorations trip reservations cancelled within two months of trip date are subject to non-refundable trip fees (such as tickets and reservations paid by EUREKA!) and standard processing fees that will be deducted from registration refund. Cancellations within one month of trip date are non-refundable.
If EUREKA! must cancel a trip, full refunds will be processed.
